In a “NZZ am Sonntag” interview Peter Brabeck-Lethmathe, Nestlé-CEO, meant that water is a greater problem than CO2 emmisions. Yes and no! Bioethanol seems to be not a solution in favor to exploit another natural ressource. But on the markets level sustainable management, ressources allocation and speculation-driven commodity markets which tremendous outstanding bets, backed-up by a monstrous real estate and loan buble, are the problem.
